Heartbreak is not easy. I know. Whether it is from losing a spouse or breakup, coping with heartbreak is not easy. Why? According to a study, heartbreak makes you feel the same as physical pain. People might even die due to increased blood pressure and heart rate which can lead to cardiovascular risk.

Do not feel guilty in crying
Crying does not make you weak. Broken hearts needs peace to heal and crying out your pain will make you feel at ease.

Exercise and pamper yourself
