Majnu Ka Tila
Well, this place will give you a Tibetan vibe and hence is one of the best places to visit in Delhi. Majnu ka Tila has been the house of refugees from Tibet who followed the great Dalai Lama during his exile.
Well, if you notice, the name reminds us of Laila-Majnu but this colony is named after the local Iranian Sufi mystic, Abdulla who was popularly called Majnu. He was an ardent devotee of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. He converted his khanqah into Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s shrine and now Gurudwara Majnu ka Tila is a famous gurudwara with historical importance.
