The time before exams is very crucial. Eat healthy delicious food to keep yourself fit. Healthy food also boosts your mind functioning so avoid high sugar intake and junk food during exams.

Exercise

Make sure that with your studies you also get ample physical exercise. This is a mind refresher and after you feel mentally exhausted from all the long hours of studying a nice walk or game of basketball will make you feel much better. It will also prepare you for your next study session and make you more productive that way.

Meditation

If you’re having long study sessions, you might want to take a meditation break every two hours. Meditation is a nice technique to use if you wish to retain more information inside your brain and for longer periods.

Rewrite Notes

Practice answer writing and notes making. The more you write the more you remember! Instead of verbally answering sample papers, write them down.

Make it fun

Use different kinds of sheets, notepads, highlighters, pens, and anything that makes you happy! But ensure that it doesn’t waste much time. Make flashcards, solve online quizzes, organize group study sessions and most importantly, reward yourself!
